Recently, when talking with someone about the many things that are happening in school, I heard the phrase, “A Good Busy”. I think that describes the current school context very well.
Just this week alone, we held 2 concert practices, a dress rehearsal and a public performance of the Spring concert. We also hosted the MPI “Bike Rodeo” for all grade 1-5 students, to promote bike safety. Additionally, 4BT, under the leadership of Mrs. Taylor, planted many perennials in the new garden bed at the front of the school. I can honestly say, this week has been “A Good Busy”.
As summer break approaches, my hope for all students, staff and families is that you will experience plenty of rest and relaxation, but also “A Good Busy”. Perhaps you will travel, go camping, head to the beach for a day, enjoy gardening, landscaping, or whatever you desire. May you experience much joy and satisfaction in all the good things in life.
